Soft wood made from the material of juniper wood, dellenja is a wood or shrub with green coniferous leaves that makes small grains in dark red color which is used for the production of brandy. The softness of this material serves to mature the brandy and give it the scent of juniper. It is recommended that before the brandy is placed in it, the lemongrass should be placed for a longer fragrance.
