Fortunately, you can safely open and close it thanks to the presence of 'cool-touch' handles. The anti-slip feet on the bottom of the sandwich grill ensure that it can stand firmly on any surface. The alpina panini iron has a ribbed blade with a non-stick coating. As a result, food does not stick to the multigrill and you can easily wipe it clean after use.
