The base coat is a formula that contains volumizing spheres, wax and dark pigments to create a high-quality finish with an abundance of high-impact volume. This, combined with the large brush, provides maximum volume. The top layer of intensifying varnish is thinner than the voluminous base layer, allowing it to flow across the surface of the lashes. Due to the voluminous micro-texture of the base coat, the finishing coat coats the lashes from root to tip, meaning you get an intensely black, smooth finish without removing or destroying the volumizing coat underneath. The gel-based formula further seals lashes, instantly smoothing them and boosting lash volume that lasts all day.
