Erica plant offer small pinkish-white buds form along the length of the upright stems from late summer, never fully opening, but offering several months of late colour. This gorgeous heather is noted for its yellow-gold shoot tips, which add further interest during its flowering season. In March or April cut back the flowered shoots to within 2.5cm of the old growth.
